Maverick
Spirit, established in December of 2003, premiered with the
direct-to-video hit The Spirit of Comedy. Seeking to diversify the product
line and offer customers more choices, the Maverick Spirit label helps
fill the void in the inspirational genre. Providing up to 8 plus titles a
year, Maverick Spirit has lead the way for the inspirational genre to
steadily grow at the retail level and have customers asking for more.
Recent films include, Pastor Jones, Don't Touch If You Ain't
Prayed, Only God Can Judge Me, and the talent-driven film,
Man of Faith starring Hollywood heavy hitters, Faye Dunaway, Brad
Dourif, Robert Wagner and Jill St. John.
In addition,
Maverick Spirit has also partnered with talent Christopher "Play" Martin
of the rap duo Kid 'n Play and Atlanta based Amen Films to provide
inspirationally driven films under the Amen Films and Maverick Spirit
monikers, with the first title streeting in March, Holy Hip
Hop.

main character so much. I loved the story line, etc. I look forward to
